Just as muscles burn during your 116th push up, as you reach humbling milestones in your life; whether it be your 3th album, 30th birthday or 300th wedding performance, they too can burn. We all risk burnout when the going gets tough and pursuing what we truly desire. Today we are going to address keeping focus on what it is you really want and how to avoid burning out before you get there.
