Zi Xu is an illustrator and cover artist who graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art with a B.F.A. in Illustration and Art History in 2018.

Since then, Zi has worked with a variety of clients around the globe, creating everything from official posters and cover art for films and comics to concept art and matte paintings for games and production studios.

Some of her numerous clients include Adobe, Black Dragon Press, Bottleneck Gallery, Camp, DC Comics, Disney, Gallery1988, Hank Green, Hero Complex Gallery, Lucasfilm, Metallica, Mondo, Nakatomi Inc., Perfect Garbage Studios, Psyop, Spoke Art, and Warner Brothers.

Her art has also been recognized by Spectrum, ImagineFX, Society of Illustrators, 3x3, Creative Quarterly, and CMYK.

Besides drawing, you can find her indulging in old movies, Soviet rock, and true crime documentaries.
