Constance Neumann is a proven Conservative believing in citizens’ rights (including the pre-born), personal freedoms, and upholding the United States Constitution as written by the Founders.

She and her husband have been business owners in the Flathead Valley for a combined total of over 50 years, including 25 years in Evergreen. Born and raised in West Central Illinois she embodies a strong mid-western work ethic.

Constance holds a Bachelors Degree in Paralegal Studies, Magna Cum Laude, from Texas Woman’s University. She spent many years in the legal field and worked with Constitutional law attorneys, including Kelly Shackelford, Founder of First Libery Institute, the largest non-profit legal organization in the nation defending religious liberty.

She was the Administration Director for the Texas Family Policy Council, Free Market Foundation, and was a state delegate to a Texas Presidential Convention.

More recently Constance served on the Columbia Falls, Montana City-County Planning Board and is a member of the Evergreen Chamber of Commerce, and the Flathead County Republican Central Committee. She has completed training in marketing, public speaking, and graduated from an intensive leadership program. In 2018 she founded the non-profit Safe Haven to purchase a home for girls rescued from trafficking.

With her husband, Harry, they are the proud grandparents of 16 in their large family. Constance is an avid gardener, and loves cooking, hiking and cross-country skiing.
