Nanda is a former serial entrepreneur, and he’s still an entrepreneur – just an uncharacteristically calm, centered, focused and healthier version of himself. While building the successful oral care company Dr. Fresh (a pursuit that earned him designation as the 2011 Ernst and Young entrepreneur of the year), his mental and physical health deteriorated to the point that he knew he had to start over. Eventually, a severe panic attack landed him in the ER. That’s what prompted him to rediscover the yoga he loved as a child growing up in India, and returned to other Ayurvedic wellness practices of his native country, including yoga, meditation and aromatherapy.
