This gentleman then started chatting, asking us where are you from? And what are your names? And what do you do? And this and that, and he is a very nice gentleman who basically told us his life, when he realised that my two friends spoke yes Italian but not very well and that they were from Australia, he started saying ah that's nice, I want to speak in English, and he started speaking in English.

So we asked, but where did he learn English? Ah, well, because I've been away two years, I've been, where was it that had been I don't remember, somewhere in Germany. And so we stayed quite a while chatting. I, absolutely, you know I like to talk to everybody, but especially to strangers and my two very happy friends to have this exchange with this gentleman who was so distinguished, so nice, so talkative. And the gentleman was also very happy to chat with us.
