Dr. Katie Siengsukon PT, PhD Associate professor in the Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science Dept at U of Kansas Medical Center. Over 23 peer-reviewed publications and Has received funding from the American heart Association and currently has funding from the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Owner and CEO of consulting company Sleep Health Education. Received Master’s Physical Therapy from Rockhurst University in 2002 and Phd in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2008. Started faculty position at University of Kansas Medical in 2008.
She has presented at professional and research conferences including at Combined Sections Meeting, the International Stroke Conference, the Consortium of MS Centers.
She is actively involved in ongoing research projects and is a frequently invited lecturer on the topic of sport-related concussion at local, as well as national meetings.
