In its four-hour runtime, Snyder brings to life a larger than life story so epic it took us two whole episodes to cover it. In this first part, we’ll address the redefined versions of Aquaman, Cyborg, The Flash and even Batman. We lean into the trauma that shaped each hero, how it continues to shape them and how we can learn from their actions. It’s hard not to compare this version to its 2017 theatrical, and yet somehow canonical, counterpart. All this and more.
