Not too long ago I came across an Instagram account that instantly spoke to me, and soon after I reached out to the owner, Iben Sandahl, to ask if she would be open to having a chat with me on this podcast.

Iben Sandahl is an internationally recognized public speaker, psychotherapist, and best-selling author of "The Danish Way of Parenting,” & “The Danish Way of Raising Teens.” She's dedicated to offering parents an alternative to high-stress modern parenting and equipping them with the tools to raise confident, happy children. Her work has been featured in publications like The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Huffington Post, and more. Her main goal is to inspire and support parents and professionals in fostering optimal social and mental health in new generations of children.
