We've all heard stories about people who have tried one against the tax office, and it's usually because they've been doing something wrong. But what about the people who convince themselves that they're not doing anything wrong nd it's everyone else, or we should just let them get on with it?

In this episode, we talk about the paper shuffler. He pays money from one company to the other and is claiming tax incentives he is not entitled to. Then the music stops. We'll explore how he justified his actions, and how he was so convinced of himself, even though the software he claimed he was creating was just what he bought off the shelf in the shops!

Some people won't be told, some won't listen, and some are so convinced of what they are doing that they don't stop and think. How does Chris Baskerville find these people?
