Our guest this week was Joel Henderson of the Oregon Talking Book and Braille Library, which is a division of the State Library of Oregon.
Joel stopped by to discuss the free audio and Braille book library that serves any Oregonian with a print disability (visual, physical, or reading impairment). This great library has a collection of more than 85,000 audiobooks and magazines, and it is 100% free to use. There are no membership fees, no postage or late fees, and no replacement fees. The library provides a free player to each user, or you can choose to play books on a mobile device using the BARD mobile app. It’s a fantastic Oregon resource. #Salem
