We proudly present to you our conversation with the Splinterlands VP of Sales, 16-Bit.

The show gets rolling as Jon tells the tale of his entrance into crypto, Web3 and how he found his way to Splinterlands. Our guest shares with us his approach to the art of attracting whales throughout the bear, what kind of impact 3rd party services such as NFTYArcade can bring to the table, as well as the potential implications for how land 1.5 and beyond (including land surfing!) change these conversations.

We then zoom out and get to hear 16-Bit's perspective on the decentralization of Web3 and how this affects us in Praetoria - we talk DAO, land resources and cards and Splinterlands as a Service. We also hear about the traditional gaming studios and our guest's take on their why (or why not) for entering into the Web3 space.

TPG asks Jon to remove the VP hat and don his gamer hat for a bit to give us some insight into how he would like to see the game change as we move into the next era of Splinterlands gameplay - he does not disappoint as he digs deep into our 90's kids gamer hearts for a very relevant reference!
