Sue Stockdale talks to Colombian entrepreneur Manuela Gil, majority owner of Vivaldi Ingenieria Hospitalaria, about how she transformed the family business by building a company driven by purpose. Manuela is married with two children and moved back to Colombia having worked and studied in Germany for several years. She balances her roles of mother, entrepreneur, and CFO of the business, with making time to invest in her own development.
