Denise George has is refusing to budge from her position that the survivors who choose to be compensated via the Epstein estate should still be able to go after any other third party that may have abused them as well as Epstein.
The Estate contends that once a payment is made that the survivors then can no longer pursue others who abused them as well in connection with Epstein.
In a move that will surely shake all of Epstein's Epstein's co-conspirators, George also evoked the all powerful RICO statutes.
Things are about to get very interesting.
