What do you think is one of the biggest challenges we have when it comes to adapting to change? Technology ranks at the top for me. Whenever something new is brought to market we cringe at having to learn something new and after we adapt to that change we try to figure out how we got along without it. Adapting to change has different stages: Denial, anger, dejection, acceptance and learning. It would be great if we would jump from learning about the change to realizing it wasn't that bad.
