This includes the $1 trillion bipartisan package and the $3.5 trillion 'human infrastructure' package that would need to pass the Senate with 50 Democratic votes via reconciliation. They also analyze why Democratic Senators Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema might be standing in the way of the reconciliation bill passing in the Senate.
Finally, they preview the upcoming Supreme Court term about to begin, along with the crucial issues that the court will be hearing cases on including reproductive rights, gun regulations, and religious issues.
