My friend Matt Schechner is putting on an event at Coronado Beach Saturday Nov.4th @ noon. He is doing 1000 pull ups in one hour. Amazing what one can accomplish with a strong mindset and a strong body. There will be pull up contests for the public and an opportunity to contribute to the World Hunger Fund.
