If you're waiting for Washington to fix healthcare in this country, healthcare entrepreneur and innovator Jeff Margolis has this advice: Don't bother.

Appearing on the latest episode of The Lean to the Left Podcast, Margolis discusses how information technology, innovation, and personal responsibility can all come together and result in a better, more equitable, and less costly healthcare system for America.

Over his 30-year career, Margolis is known for successfully applying technologies to address the complex problems facing the healthcare industry. He was involved in developing language about health improvement for individuals that eventually was included in the Affordable Care Act.

He’s also the Forbes Books author of “Not Just in Sickness … But Also in Health: Moving Beyond Sickcare to Health Optimization for All.”
