Strawberry says that as he was exiting his bulletproof SUV, the Sicarios made their move. Fortunately for him, he was able to avoid the fire and get away. The rest of the people were not so lucky.
So, the question now becomes...what was the Mayor doing having a meeting with a wanted criminal?
