This was one of my favorite interviews ever. Ann was incredibly fun to hang out with. She was also in my top 5 marketers in my "interview bucket list."

I have an emotional connection with Ann's book 'Everybody Writes.' We talked about my mom, her struggle with cancer and how the words of a professor telling her that she couldn't write deeply affected her and they became the deciding factor on her dropping out of college.

Ann shares how this professor was dead wrong, and that everyone CAN write and she covered some of the basics that you can work on to become a better writer.
