What does it mean to you to be in the groove?
Being in the grove can be an absolute rut or it can be the fast lane to success!
Think of it like a vinyl record player, every time you put the record on it goes in a circle and plays the same tune(groove or rut!)
Contrast that with developing a habit that enhances your life, relationships, career or business, where you are on a habit track that pulls you forward to success!
So in essence we can agree that a rut is a negative habit pattern that you have not broken and fast track groove in a great habit that gets you the results you want, yes?
Why would anyone choose the rut then?  Comfortable, familiar or just a crutch excuse!  Why be stuck when you can go full throttle?

My challenge to you today is to find a "rut" groove and remove it from you life and also install a new habit "fast lane" groove to replace it!

Sound good? Then do it! When?  When is right now the time?  Remember taking immediate action on change or a goal increases your chances of success by 10X or more!
