God is training you to be an Overcomer in all the affairs of life. He wants you to find Joy in His Presence, even in the midst of your circumstances that previously would've had you defeated. You'll find your ability to transcend trouble is based on His Presence with you.

So Don't be Afraid, because the Lord your God is with you, and Greater is He that Lives in You than He Who is in the World. Rejoice!-1 John 4:4

Yes, The Lord is Near you who Calls upon Him, Yes to you who Calls upon Him; He Grants the Desires of your heart who Reverentially Fear Him, and He Saves you.-Psalms 145:18-19
