As the CEO & Founder of Entertainment Mindframe™, LLC, Adaire is leading the way for Cognitive Sciences to be implemented into intellectual and developmental training for professionals in the Fashion, Sports, and Entertainment industries. Ultimately, paving the way for understanding the Brain function of a Creative. Adaire has worked with Talent Agencies, Production/Broadcast Companies, Fashion/Creative Teams, Sports Teams/Athletes, etc. In doing so, she has been able to help them optimize creativity, enhance business practices, and encourage both individual and company growth. While working in the modeling industry (featured in Vogue) and as a commercial actress (SAG member), Adaire was able to observe first-hand the unprofessional patterns and behaviors that were considered the norm. These observations led her to dive into years of research surrounding the Brain, and gracefully transition into a space that has been long neglected in these industries: the mind. Today, Adaire is a Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming & Neuroplasticity, and certified Cognitive Behavioral Group Facilitator. She has studied at Harvard University and under Dr. Bessel van der Kolk (Neurobiology of Trauma), Misty Huckabey (Cognitive Neuroscientist), Jennifer Jones (Psychologist), etc. Through Adaire’s various studies she has been able to help creatives understand their brain function. Outside of Entertainment Mindframe, Adaire is also leading a MasterClass series for entertainment professionals and gearing up to launch her “More than a Model” YouTube series. The YouTube series is aimed at breaking down false stereotypes of models, giving them a platform to share parts of themselves others may not know. While her MasterClass series (happening every other month) helps creatives understand their brain function and provide solutions to intangible challenges, such as balancing mental health and creativity.
