On this edition of Protected Speech, Ravi Kapur and Jonathan Choe highlight how Brown University became the first Ivy League institution to add caste to their non-discrimination policy, while admitting there have been no cases on campus to date. Now under new ownership, Twitter will release information pertaining to accounts that were 'shadowbanned' by the previous leadership. In an exclusive report, Jonathan breaks down how Seattle police arrested two of the most prolific graffiti vandals in the city and discusses how Seattle's downtown is a tale of two cities -- one that sparkles and shines for tourists, with the other infested with drugs and ongoing crime.
