Right at the beginning of the episode, all plans go out the window because Flin can see that Julien has a burning issue on his mind. And the main part of the episode is dedicated to talking about Julien's experience with online hate, battling sexism, and how not to be part of the problem. 

The episode continues with Flin's family weekend where he faces some generational trauma and him becoming more and more aware of the huge gap between the generations.

Ending the episode with some more lighthearted topics like brotherly relationships, establishing a skin care routine, and anticipating Christmas gifts.
