Why did we ever stop playing? Because it's time to grow up and get to work and get serious - well at least that is what society pressures us to do... Let's bring back play! Of course you'll have to schedule it, or you could just MAKE it happen. We challenge you to have FUN, be silly and get those endorphins cranked up to bring back that imagination to PLAY! Decide today to be the healthiest version of yourself - get off the sidelines and be an active participant in your life! Go to the fair, skip down the sidewalk to get the mail, dance in the kitchen - call a friend and ask "Can you come out and play?"
