The Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson & the Mayor of Chicago Rahm Emanuel are less than enthused about the dropped charges against Jussie Smollett. The PD was actually blind-sided by this morning's news and find it upsetting. Based off of their press conference, which we cover live here, they believe Smollett is still guilty of staging his own hate crime based on all the evidence they have acquired in their investigation.
