Ken Caillat was the master behind the knobs and buttons. Taking thought and turning it into sound. Fleetwood Mac was the band fresh off the success of Rumors. Then one day Lindsey Buckingham wanted to change what put them on top of the charts. Fleetwood Mac's 20-song Tusk album, which was originally released in 1979, has gotten bigger.

A deluxe version out on December 4th will box up the original double-platinum double-album on two vinyl LPs plus five CDs containing the original album remastered, an alternate version of it made up of session outtakes, 22 live performances from the 1979 Tusk tour, a 5.1 surround mix of Tusk on DVD-Audio, singles, demos and remixes. Highlights include an outtake of “Think About Me” and an early version of “That’s Enough for Me” called “Out on the Road.”

A smaller "expanded" edition trims that down to three CDs, omitting the surround mix and the concert tracks.

Fleetwood Mac is currently on tour Down Under with a show in Adelaide, Australia on Wednesday.
