Q: Bill, I got a question about setting your Mach3 acceleration and Velocity setting in Mach3. I also wondered if the A axis and the Y axis settings have to be exactly the same?

How we do it:
In Mach3 you need to calibrate the AXIS Steps per Unit. To do this go to the settings tab (page) and look for a button located above the Reset Button which says “Set Steps Per Unit”. Use this button to enter a distance to travel. Measure the actual distance traveled then enter the corrections.
