Doing something small everyday for your future self is a great winning strategy to continue winning wellbeing in your 3D life. Having positive self-talk is another winning strategy to help you be kind to yourself, in which you can then spread that to those around you. Being an athlete, body image is a huge topic of conversation that is important to address to learn how to love and accept yourself. The coach-athlete relationship as well as parent-athlete relationship is also important to have good communication and having that respect from both people involved.
