Being a daily writer has created my own way of street speak. I say and think things that's often labeled out of the box, out of tune, completely disconnected and whatever else someone can quickly think of. Anyone that chooses to write or keep a daily place of open conversation develops a language that will always seem a shade darker or lighter than modern day slang. But that doesn't mean you have to change. Nor does it mean the circles you keep have to get over it. You are who you are. Writing is a language all its own and you deserve to become what it sets free. Nothing gets in my way quicker than someone that says "I hate my job. I don't know what to do." Seriously? Instantly you just told the world that you aren't in touch with the core of your tree trunk. Knowing yourself begins with a conversation. Not thoughts. Open aired thoughts are dangerous and there's no documentation of where you were in that moment. Gain the strength and begin a process of writing daily. It's a tough mountain to move. But if you do it one rock at a time. Your journey will be a life of less stress and more success. Because it was your choice to listen.
