Hello everyone! Here is my first attempt at creating a podcast, I decided to make use of this period of social distancing and isolate to communicate and interact with people. I hope I did okay though? Lol
In this episode, I got a few people to share their experiences on the imposed stay at home experiences due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Turns out everyone is handling in different ways. While it is favorable for some, it is not for others.
I will let you listen to it so I do not spill the tea.
In this pandemic season, take time to do all those things you have ve always wanted to do but never found the time to do it, read a book or write that book you have always wanted to write. Learn a skill, get a new hobby, call and reach out to friends, family and loved ones in the bid to spread positivity and encouragement.
Most importantly:
•Stay home.
•Don't forget to wash your hands with soap and water.
•Clean surfaces with disinfectant sprays.
•Keep your hands off your face.
•Stay home if you are unwell.
•Avoid handshakes.
•Stay hydrated and do not forget to boost your immune system with vitamins.
Don't forget to follow me on Spreaker and all the social media platforms. Feel free to share your experiences with me as well!
Kisses and Hugs❤❤❤❤
I look forward to your feedback.
