show moreWe can benefit from CST at any age, as our cranial plates never fuse, but babies and pregnant and birthing parents in particular can benefit in many was such as turning breech babies and babies with colic and reflux.
We also hear from Kimberley Lipschus about her extensive experience with using CST for many issues, such as fertility, pregnancy discomfort and positioning of the foetus for birth, as well as post birth recovery and even ADHD.
NOTE: Anatomical training (such as physiotherapy) is not mandatory for therapists to call themselves Craniosacral therapists. One way to find a craniosacral therapist with anatomical training is to visit the Upledger Institute of Australia. CST differs to the chiropractic technique of Craniopathy.
