At the Leadership Table with General Hoyer this week is Evan Bays, a leading subject matter expert in biometrics and Vice President of Engineering and Department of Justice Operations at IDEMIA National Security Solutions in Morgantown. Evan grew up in Elkview - a proud graduate of Herbert Hoover High School. Evan details his journey from participating in high school band, to being a part of The Pride of West Virginia and how both experiences have influenced his leadership style. Evan provides a look at the story of biometrics in West Virginia as a part of national security through the past, present, and future.

With most of West Virginia in a D3 or D4 drought area the Department of Agriculture provides direction to farmers on their options. We also hear from the Ohio Farm Bureau Reprensetitive Ty Higgins on what is happening in Ohio with the drought.

In the final segment Bo Higby talks with Amanda McCracken on efforts for Children in Jackson County. Her programs can be transplanted in other communities.
