Our guest today is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist; working with those impacted by domestic violence; ex-offenders; veterans and at-risk youth. Her vision is to transform lives and relationships by increasing self-awareness. Additionally, she is the author of two books entitled:
Joy From Fear: Create the Life of Your Dreams by Making Fear Your Friend and Aging Joyfully: A Woman’s Guide to Optimal Health, Relationships, and Fulfillment for Her 50s and Beyond.
