Welcome to your Graduation - Taking Action in your 12 Dimensions of Mastery and integrating it into your extraordinary Life.
Today, I want to start with a simple, but profound question: Why do we set goals anyway?
We visualize our future and set goals so that we can take action, so that we can do something about it. Every great accomplishment was imagined before it was implemented. Thoughts become things.
Exercise:
1. Review the most important goals in your life that you wrote down yesterday, and choose one.
2. Take one, powerful action toward the accomplishment of that goal today.
We are getting SO close to the end.
How are you doing? Are you up to speed? Caught up on all Podcasts so far?
If not, can you set yourself a SMART goal to get there? Let's apply these tools right away and use them to move our lives forward.
Her are some Golden Nuggets to reflect on:
'Your ability to choose and then act is your greatest freedom, your greatest strength.'
'Great choices and actions lead to a great life and lousy choices and actions lead to a lousy life.'
'Without focused consistent action all the goal setting in the world won't get you there.'
I don't know about you but my ACTION step today will be to get those 3 sentences above tattooed on my brain!
Who's with me?
This life is about ACTION! Our lives are made up of the choices and actions we make.
Are your daily actions aligned with your Life Vision?
What a great reflection. (I just put down the dark chocolate I was eating....)
Does the reality of your daily actions match your rhetoric?
Wow that is powerful stuff. If not...then what will you do about it?
Can you take 1 ACTION step today to move towards your Life Vision?
I personally will put down my dark chocolate and finish a piece I've been writing for a local magazine.
ACTION TAKEN! You can hold me accountable for that one.
Stop thinking, PUT down THE CHOCOLATE, or the chips, or the coffee, or the remote, and start DOING.
Let ACTION be the motor that will propel you into your ZeLife Vision. And tell us what you're committed to doing....
