Being a serial rebel, Freeman moved to Austin, Texas after having a kid at 17 in order to fight for a better life. Dausharae Freeman ’ s journey in comedy began at Capcity comedy club where she discovered the magic of Comedy.
In a suffocating capitalistic world, Comedy is the medicine that is able to heal, allowing troubled souls to forget their pain for just a split second. This is what Freeman lives for in comedy; bringing happiness to people.
