Show The Way
Each of us is a leader in some area of life. The question is, how effective is your leadership? There are various leadership methods, and specific techniques have proven to be much more effective than others. An effective leader practices the three attributes which are mentioned in today’s quote. First, a leader must know what the objectives and outcomes are for every specific project or tasks. Second, an effective leader will go along with their group or team, not just send them out on their own. Third, an effective leader will also show the way the team or group must go. Finally, a leader will also set an example for their team and be an example. Excellent and effective leadership requires all three aspects. How are your leadership skills?
