In this episode, I speak honestly about outgrowing an outdated version of myself, the quiet ways we abandon ourselves to stay safe, and what it means to stop letting labels, trauma, and other people’s perceptions define who we are.
For a long time, I tried to live free while still holding onto an old version of myself — one shaped by fear, survival, and concern about how others might perceive me. Eventually, that way of living became too painful to maintain.
As Tony Robbins says, “Change happens when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change.”
This episode is a raw reflection on identity, freedom, and choosing to live defined by Love, not by labels.
