Conspiracy theorists now claim that a DEW, or Directed Energy Weapon, was used to create the cognitive failures of President Biden at the first presidential debate. There is no explanation of why he always acts like that, except some theorists claimed the Russians follow him with a plane to beam the frequency at his head. Really! This is so ridiculous that the theory may be from the Biden campaign itself, to discredit any criticism. Previous so-called conspiracy theorists, who said Biden was failing due to old age, Alzheimers, dementia, etc., were vindicated after that debate when the entire left-wing establishment admitted what they had denied up until the night before. In fact, the White House claimed any recognition of Biden’s decline was a result of Deep Fakes. This is the same gas lighting that gave us the talking points of “inflation” and the “U.S. Republic” simply being made up words to scare people. So what is a DEW? It is thought and consciousness, which includes language, but it is also a weapon like a word or gun. More specifically they are crowd control deices like microwaves or LRADs, communication or guidance scramblers for planes or missiles, and also lasers that can be used to alter weather, among other things - just read Raytheon’s website: “This directed energy technology enables detection of threats, tracking during maneuvers, and positive visual identification to defeat a wide range of threats, including unmanned aerial systems, rockets, artillery and mortars.” Or Lockheed: “…directed energy systems, including high energy lasers, beam control, adaptive optics, beam directors and thermal management systems.” The most popular psychological warfare being waged right now in the form of fallacy, NLP, and DEW, is Project 2025.
