Welcome to Hot Topics! Gabrielle Crichlow talks to returning guest Robin Simpson about the potential impact of discourse community in city schools, the differences between city and suburban schools, and the ways that parents can be more involved in schools.
Who is Robin Simpson?
Robin Renee Simpson received her Associate in Human Services degree from the New York College of Technology and her Bachelor's degree from Metropolitan College. She's pursuing her Master's in Childhood and Special Education Birth—2 Grade at St. John's University. In addition to that, she's a Residential Family Group Daycare owner and a Master Life Coach. In the fall, she'll partner with us to provide group tutoring for grades 1-5. Her interests are Social Justice in Education and Twice-Exceptional students.

Who is Robin Simpson?
