-Happy people are those who serve others. As humans, we all have times when we are downhearted-even depressed. The best medicine is to allow yourself to feel them, but only for a few moments. Then get up and find someone to serve. Making someone happy lifts your spirits and takes the sting out of self-pity. 22:00
