Philanthropist and frequent lecturer at Historically Black Colleges and Universities, William F. Pickard, Ph.D., is Chairman of Global Automotive Alliance, Co-Managing Partner, MGM Grand Detroit Casino, CEO, Bearwood Management Company and co-owner of five African American newspapers.
