Mr. Fullmer lead an entertaining and thought provoking discussion on how our brain works and what causes “Funnels and Logjams” with our thinking. This is great topic for Project Managers to help us better understand how our teams can be utilized more efficiently.
Joe kicks off the Project Management discussion with Fabrice learning more about the Talaia OpenPPM solution and how it differs from other products currently on the market.
