To do so, host Emily White asks just that and much more while chatting with Charles Stewart III, a Kenan Sahin Distinguished Professor of Political Science at The Massachusetts Institute of Technology who is also serves as Director of the MIT Election Data and Science Lab as well as Co-Director for the Caltech/MIT Voting Technology Project.
