CrossFit Games Podcast host Chase Ingraham sits down with three-time CrossFit Games Affiliate Cup champion Adrian Conway and eight-time CrossFit Games individual Stacie Tovar to recap all of the action for Day 1 of the 2023 CrossFit Games Team Quarterfinal.
