She and her husband John have been married for thirty years, have three grown children, and attend Destiny Worship Center in Panama City Beach. They serve the local body through being a part of the prayer team and hosting small groups in their home. John and his family own and operate Laguna Beach Christian Retreat in Panama City Beach, FL. Before stepping onto the path of writing as an integral part of her calling, Denae graduated from FSU with her BS in Elementary Education. She especially enjoyed creating the “classroom family” while sharing the joys of learning and growing together in community. In 2015 she stepped out of the elementary classroom and into the world of writing and sharing about living an authentic life of faith. Always lover of learning, she completed Francis Frangipane’s “In Christ’s Image Training Levels I & II" in 2017 & Christian International's School of the Prophets in May, 2021. A teacher at heart, Denae freely shares what the Holy Spirit reveals about living out this new life that we've been given in Christ Jesus.
