For 4 days, she followed power lines down the mountain, until she found a river & began to follow that. In August 10th, she was found by a group of kayakers. An autopsy report concluded that they had all died of hypothermia except for Lyudmila who had suffered a heart attack. They all had signs of bruised lungs, & protein deficiency due to malnutrition was listed as a contributing factor to their deaths. The deaths were ultimately ruled to be accidental.
