On today’s episode of The GIST of It, co-hosts Ellen Hyslop and Steph Rotz discuss the latest updates from the PWHL after the league officially dropped new names and logos for all six teams on Monday. The fresh designs are exciting, but there’s even more to be hyped about heading into the PWHL’s sophomore season. 

Then in part two, El and Steph review the records and historic wins coming out of the 2024 Paris Paralympics. And the athletes weren’t the only ones going for world records: viewership numbers were through the roof, too. Magnifique.
