Welcome to the Backlog and Agile Board kickoff series. We are going back to the basics of Product Management, exploring the products all product people are using to manage their backlog and work with their teams.

Kicking off the series, Matt and Moshe met to discuss what we might expect to see from these products.
* Backlogs help product teams manage and scope the work that needs to be performed in a visual way. They serve as a master repository for work, including ideas, enhancements, bugs and new features.
* Agile boards are visual frameworks that enable teams to break the work down into various pillars and lanes, displaying work that is actively being worked on by the team. These boards are often deployed in Kanban and Scrum.
* They also discuss the tools and processes they are familiar with from experience along with things to learn.
