School is starting in THREE WEEKS! I can't believe it! (But at the same time, I totally can.)
Ever since my mom has told me her childhood (horror) stories about going to school in South Korea, I thought it would be fun to learn about school systems around the world, just to find out how this whole experience of education varies from country to country. For this episode, I go over school systems in Finland and Singapore, countries hailed for their (extremely different) methods and processes for teaching children. Then I delve into the U.S. school system (though, the majority of this part is me dragging it), and drop some interesting facts about school in South Korea, Norway, Germany, and France. Finally, I wrap up with final thoughts about education in general.
I also filmed a behind-the-scenes video for the making of this episode! The video will be out... eventually. Could be a year, could be ten years, who knows? Certainly not me.
These sorts of topics are always fun to research- I'll definitely be making more ramble episodes in the future. I hope you learn something new and enjoy listening to the episode :)
